How To Avoid Building 'Nightmares'
On a slightly more serious note, I can't help notice the increase in 'corrective' projects we are doing. Projects where we are brought in to correct poor building work, or poor timeliness, dangerous working practices, or even all the aforementioned!
I think many of these problems can be avoided with a little more robust pre-contract due diligence...

Worthy Group Free Homeowners Club
Before the excitement becomes to much for people, let me briefly explain the intention of our Homeowners Club.
Put simply I would like to provide access to free helpful building and property maintenance advice, in the form of free guides, possibly video how to's, and access to building professionals to answer your questions.
There may also be the occasional 'special offer', as we often get left over new inventory from larger projects.
It's early stages, so we're feeling the way a little, but I do hope the service will be useful, but I doubt exciting :)
